Working Principle of Cyclone Dust Collector
The working of a cyclone dust collector is based on the controlled movement of dusty air. Dust-laden air enters the cyclone through a tangential inlet, creating a swirling airflow inside the cylindrical and conical chamber. Due to centrifugal force, heavier dust particles move toward the outer wall. They then lose velocity and travel downward into the collection hopper, while comparatively cleaner air forms an inner vortex and exits through the upper outlet.
